2-3 cups of flour
Pinch of sugar
1/4 cup of milk
In a large bowl combine all ingredients and beat with a mixer until well combined and there are no lumps in the texture. The texture should be fairly runny.
Heat oil in a crepe fry pan and using a ladle pour out some of the mixture into the pan. Make sure that your crepes are thin and that there are no lumps.
Egg white (beaten with one spoon of sugar)
Pitted Compote Cherries
Spread the jam over the crepe. Then spread the beaten egg white creme and add cherries throughout. Fold into a triangle and sprinkle with icing sugar.
